1. Editorial Independence
Show Me Snow accepts zero paid product reviews. Manufacturers cannot buy ranking positions, favorable scores, or placement on our recommendations lists. Our equipment evaluations are based strictly on hands-on field testing, teardowns, mechanical inspection, and real Missouri climate data.
2. Transparent Evidence Standards
We strictly enforce a three-tier evidence labeling standard on every reviewed product:
- • Tested by Us: The machine was operated by our team in actual winter snow and measured for throw distance, wet slush clogging resistance, and plow-pile clearing.
- • Inspected by Us: The machine was physically examined for weld quality, gearbox materials, controls, and ergonomic handling.
- • Research Pick: Recommendation based on deep technical spec analysis, owner feedback, and verified local dealer repair records.
3. Fact-Checking & Corrections
