When winter storm warnings are issued for Kansas City, St. Louis, or Columbia, homeowners turn to the internet asking a simple, practical question: “What snow blower actually makes sense for where I live in Missouri?”
The top search results are invariably national review websites that copy and paste manufacturer brochures or recommend massive $2,500 commercial machines designed for 100 inches of lake-effect snow in Buffalo. Or worse, they slap the word “Missouri” into the title of a generic affiliate article written by someone who has never shoveled an ounce of wet Missouri slush in their life.
Missouri has enough snow to create real physical demand, but not enough consistent snowfall for the answer to always be “buy the biggest two-stage machine.”
